Quality Process

 

 

All parts have following quality control standard based on ISO9001. All parts will be checked by QC department  and then stored in the warehouse.GM have our own Test lab, will control

all quality before delivery.

 

GM maintains the highest industry quality standards through strict supplier management, rigid product inspection procedures and an unwavering commitment to quality control. Our stringent quality procedures are our insurance policy that every shipment, to every customer, will be of the highest quality, every time.

 

It all starts with our supplier qualification process. Every supplier must meet or exceed GM’ standards for quality and reliability as well as deliver consistency by passing periodic supplier evaluations.

 

All incoming product undergoes detailed inspection which includes the following:

visual inspection of both exterior and interior packaging

digital microscopic photographs

comparison to manufacturers specifications to insure form, fit, & function

complete product verification.

 

Product passing these criteria are then scheduled for just in time delivery using.

We ensure the quality of our inventory before a part even reaches the GM warehouse through a strict  qualification process.
